Mariam Ramli is one of the founding Partner of Messrs. Hafiz Zabir & Partners. Prior to becoming a practicing lawyer , she worked in the Private Sectors for five (5) years.

A senior practicing lawyer graduated from University of Malaya. A fourteen (14) years' experience of experience in legal practising. His areas of practising in general civil litigation and criminal litigation, he then challenge himself as sole proprietor of Messrs. Rezal Mazli & Co in 2013. Major in ltigation cases, he has extensive experience in handling contentious matters in Syariah & Family cases.
He is dedicated and skilful litigator and negotiator for both litigation and syariah matters. Due to high dedication towards the cases handled, he has won many cases in general civil litigation in defamation, injunction, constructions dispute, industrial matter and criminal breach of trust.
As for Syariah cases and Family matters, his litigation skill, knowledge and negotiator lead him to handle successfull cases in divorce, hadhanah (custody of children), matrimonial properties & assets, maintenance of wife and children, muta'ah (consolatary gift), arreas of maintenance and right of accomodation and registration of marriage.

Dianna Noor & Partners in Shah Alam of which been exposed and dealt with Conveyancing matters i.e handling sub sales, loan documentations, meeting clients, attending Developer’s housing project, meeting with bankers and Litigation i.e Letter of Demand, Letter of Termination, Summons and Bankruptcy.

Mariam Ramli is one of the founding Partner of Messrs. Hafiz Zabir & Partners. Prior to becoming a practicing lawyer , she worked in the Private Sectors for five (5) years.
After graduated from University Technology Mara (UiTM), she started her career in the corporate industry in IBM Malaysia Sdn. Bhd, Petaling Jaya. Her job scope was to assist and coordinate in corporate marketing for international clients.
She then worked as a Legal Officer of SIS Forum Malaysia in Petaling Jaya. Monitored and assisted legal advocacy and advisory for Syariah matters. Coordinator and writer for SIS Weekly Legal Literacy Column in Utusan Malaysia Newspaper. Assisted in promotion of law and policy reform in Syariah judicial and legal system.
Then she worked as a Legal Editor of Lexis Nexis Sdn. Bhd (formerly known as Malaysian Law Journal Sdn Bhd.) Editor in verifying input and data for Malaysia and Singapore cases, Syariah cases, Journal and law books for online and publishing.
During the year of 2008 till present, she multitasked and was given the opportunities:-
• as a writer in Utusan Malaysia Newspaper column;
• as a participant in seminars, workshop and legal aids on Konvensyen Peguam Syarie in Putrajaya (Jun 2008), International Musawah for global movements in justice and equality in the muslim family (2009), Talks on Conveyancing, Syariah and Litigation by Selangor Bar (2009-2011);
• as one of the legal consultant in Legal Aid Programmes i.e Mobile Legal Clinic organized by Bar Council corroborated with KL Legal Aid and NGOs
• as an interviewee by media and magazines i.e Majalah Nona (2008), Mingguan Wanita (2008) “Sebutan Syariah” in Asto Oasis(2009), Harmoni (2009) and Marie Claire (2011)
• as a columnist / writer in Humairah magazine for Soal Jawab (Undang-undang Keluarga Islam) (2014).

Handled the firm’s banking portfolio for Affin Bank, Bank Rakyat and CIMB Bank. Conducted civil cases at all levels of Court in areas of general debt recovery for banks, companies and individuals, bankruptcy, winding up companies, foreclosure, execution proceedings i.e judgment debtor summons, writ of seizure and sale.
M. Hafiz Zainol Abidin is a dedicated criminal litigator and commited in providing the highest defence and representation to all our clients throughout the stages of criminal stages. He has represented and defended the clients in certain cases that had been reported in the newspapers.
He is an active volunteer lawyer for Selangor Legal Aid Centre in Civil and Criminal. A volunteer lawyer for Yayasan Bantuan Guaman Malaysia (YBGK). He is also a Legal Advisor for Perlis Football Association.

Haji Mazli Bin Muhammad was a retired Royal Malaysia Police officer with a rank of Deputy Superintend Police. He has a very wide experience in legal and securities aspect as he was attached to a few GLCs perior joining Messrs Hafiz Zabir & Rezal. Obtained his L.LB from International Islamic University of Malaysia in 1997.
Mr. Mazli areas of practice are criminal and civil litigation. His wide experiences as a former police officer and legal officer are part of the firm valuable elements dedicated to our clients.
